Account orders are placed in a queue and are processed in the order in which they are received. Your site can be uploaded to our servers immediately after receiving the welcome email, which will contain the IP address for your account, plus the password for the username chosen during signup. In fact, we recommend that clients start uploading their site as soon as possible after setup is complete, so that once domain transfer is completed, the site will be available for use by your visitors. Someone has to pay for the traffic somewhere - and if you check the fine print of some service agreements from companies who claim to offer unlimited bandwidth, you'll probably find that they do charge for traffic over a certain amount. Unsolicited bulk email, or SPAM as it is commonly called, is strictly forbidden on our servers. Users who spam via email, newsgroups, or any other method will not be allowed on our servers. If we recieve complaints of spamming or bulk email related to your account, your site will be removed from our servers. We have a very low tolerance for this type of behavior due to agreements we have made with our upstream providers. You can upload your page(s) immediately by pointing your FTP client to the IP address you were assigned when you opened your account. You will find it in the "Setup" email. After your domain is fully propagated through the system, you can upload to yourdomain.com via FTP or FrontPage Extensions. All CGI scripts should be uploaded to the cgi-bin folder,located under the Parent folder, for your domain.
